Separate sealed bids to permit the license/use of certain lands in the vicinity of the New London Reservoir facility for agricultural purposes for three (3) years beginning 2027 and continuing through 2029, will be received by the Administrator of the Village of New London, Ohio, in his offices located at 115 East Main Street, New London, Ohio  44851, until 12:00 noon on Friday, October 23, 2026, at which time said bids will be opened and publicly read aloud and the winning bidder will be recommended to Council for consideration at the second meeting on October 26, 2026. Upon Council’s approval a license agreement shall be awarded to the highest bidder.


Each bid shall be in compliance with the terms and specifications on file with the Village Administrator, all of which will be incorporated into the final Contract.  The specifications are available from the Village of New London during regular business hours.

The Village of New London, Ohio reserves the right to consider any alternate bid(s) or any combination thereof in evaluating the bid which best meets the needs of the Village.

The Village of New London, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any informalities which are in the best interests of the Village of New London.
