Utilities Application & Requirements
- A copy of owners drivers license
- An acceptable evidence of ownership of the property to be serviced ( example: copy of recorded deed, written notification from a title company/escrow agent, indicating that closing of a sale to applicant is imminent, current tax bill from county auditor)
- Account stays in owners name
Water Tap Application
For customers wanting to purchase a water tap. You will also have to fill out the utilities application above.
Automatic Utility Payment
The Village offers automatic utility payment withdrawn from your checking/savings account at no cost. The withdraw for your utility payment is done on the 15th of every month. If you are interested please fill out the ACH request form and return to the utility office or email it to utilities@newlondonoh.com. Also, you can now view, print, and pay your utility bill online using the customer portal: http://newlondon.authoritypay.com.
